Yes. Standard freight is paid per shipment, with no subscription. We quote the freight and any agreed supporting services before you book.
Do I need to change my existing forwarders?
No. Managed operations can work across your existing providers. We agree the coordination and oversight you need, and the responsibilities each party keeps.
Is dashboard access included?
Yes, for shipments you book through Logistically. Managed operations can bring visibility and action tracking across your providers.
Can you help with customs and food imports?
We coordinate clearance with trusted broker partners and help manage documentation, including EHC, CHED and IPAFFS requirements where relevant.
