Compare freight invoices with agreed quotations, identify differences and follow up unexplained charges. Review selected lanes and recurring costs when included in your scope.

Maintain a consolidated shipment and action dashboard, provide a weekly exceptions update and review costs, recurring problems and improvements with you each month.

We agree the responsibilities, shipment allowance, complexity, service hours and reporting before starting. Setup and additional work are quoted clearly. Freight, declarations, storage and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.

Clear before you commit.
Do we have to change our forwarder?
No. We can work alongside your existing providers and agree which parts of the coordination and administration we take on. Freight booking through Logistically is available where it suits you.
Is there a minimum shipment volume?
We assess recurring workload and complexity rather than using a single shipment minimum. The monthly fee has an agreed shipment allowance. For occasional movements, our standard freight service or a one-off review may be a better fit.
What if we only need a freight quote?
Book freight with Logistically on a shipment-by-shipment basis, with normal coordination and basic dashboard access for your Logistically shipments included. There is no monthly subscription for standard freight.
How do you use AI?
AI and automation can help organise information, extract document details and prepare updates. Experienced people check consequential details, follow up issues and make the operational decisions.
